10 Unique Father’s Day Gift Ideas
This year is flying by and it’s nearly Father’s Day again. I feel bad for Mr D as Father’s Day often clashes with B’s birthday weekend. Daddy doesn’t get much attention. This year we’re going to try and make more of an effort and we’re rounding up some of our fave ideas from around the web for special Dads everywhere.
Don’t have time to faff on? First up we have…
Have a Dad that’s a music lover? Or perhaps a Dad who really cares about ethically produced gifts? If yes then take a look at some of these gift ideas from Crepe Records. They offer unique, hand-printed, ethical clothing and a range of cool and quirky products, from headphones to art for the home. Not something you’d find on the high street and that’s why I like them! All the artwork is hand-drawn in their London-based studio. It’s then screen printed onto clothing, or made into framed, works of art.
First up is this very cool T-shirt. It features textured record turntables from around the globe. It’s made using 100% premium quality soft sustainable cotton, which is sourced from companies that pay a Fair Wage. (Certified by the Fair Wage Foundation).
For music fans, you may want to check out the Music Icons collection of artwork. This piece in tribute to David Bowie would be great for any fan. The frame comes with a stand or you can mount it on the wall.
Next up are wireless headphones. They are something I’ve considered for ages now. I listen to a LOT of podcasts and always end up getting the wires tangled. These LSTN On-Ear Fillmore Wireless Wooden Headphones from Crepe Records aren’t any old headphones. They get great reviews, look very cool and really are ethical – They use vegan leather and sustainably sourced zebra wood housing.
Great for the summer months that I’m sure are just around the corner…and for every pair sold, £1 is donated to the Manchester Dogs Home, destroyed by fire back in 2014. What’s not to like? Lazy Dogz luxury sandals and slippers would make a great gift for any Dad looking for style and comfort this summer.
Lazy Dogz are also offering 20% off all products on their website at the mo. Go grab this discount to use at the checkout – FATHERS20
OK, so take two awesome things and pair them together. What have you got? That’s right – Chocolate Pizza. A pizza made entirely out of chocolate. The Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Company make handmade, gourmet gifts and chocolate pizzas to order. And they are delicious!
This Father’s Day Pizza is made using a Belgian milk chocolate base, and decorated with milk chocolate curls, red, blue and purple rainbow drop buttons, and milk and white chocolate rice balls. It looks fab and taste divine. It has a really long shelf life too – not that this would matter in our house as anything sweet gets gobbled up quickly.
Now I got Mr D this a couple of years ago. We personalised it to say Daddy’s Measure for the very top measure. He needs it after a day with me and b !
Next on our list is this gamer T-shirt. Great for any Dads devoted to their console…
This is super super cute! I may just have to get one for mr D. He has always loved playing his guitars and has a number of picks scattered about the house. I even got him Metallica cuff links to wear when we got married.
Another cute gift idea…these six plectrums come in a handy tin and are great for any rocker dads out there.
Have a man obsessed with Baked Beans?
No? Lucky you.
I do and he’d love this Baked Bean tin full of jelly beans!
