SuperZings Rivals of Kaboom Collectibles!
Hey there loves and welcome. How’s your week going? We haven’t done toys on the blog for a while now. We just had toy overload at Christmas and took a bit of a break! Today though we’re reviewing something super exciting. Who doesn’t love a collectible?! We’re taking a look at SuperZings Rivals of Kaboom Collectibles!
Not sure what they are? Check out our unboxing video here!
SuperZings are basically everyday objects, themed as either heroes or villains. So think mini juicers and watering cans! There are over 80 characters to collect and each one has a rival.
You’ve also got eight Super Cars and eight Hideouts to collect too. The hideouts are pretty cool as you can use them to catapult your SuperZing through the air. B thought this was brilliant!
Colourful Characters
There are 36 regular characters to collect and each one comes in two different colours. There are then 6 silver and 2 gold characters to find, as well as a Super Rare Enigma SuperZing (who knows what he or she looks like!).
The blind packets retail at 80p each which isn’t too bad when you compare them with out blind bags out there. B has had a lot of fun ripping open the bags and this might encourage him to earn some pocket money!
Start Your Collection
To get going, the starter and blister packs are cool. They both contain four SuperZings and a Super Disc Blaster to get you going.
The series out now is Series 1 – Heroes and Villains. I imagine there will be further series to add to the collection too!
Hideouts and SuperCars
To get your SuperZings around Kaboom city, grab some of the hideout and supercar packs too. The cars retail at £2.50 and the hideouts £.150.
We really like these as they are handy to take out and about in Mum’s handbag. Although on the flip side, the SuperZings are small enough to get lost!
Swap With Friends
With any collectibles, you’re going to get duplicate SuperZings. They are perfect for swapping with friends in the playground though. Although more like Mum will be scouring Faceache market place and eBay for the ones he hasn’t got!
Overall these are super cute. The blind pack prices are reasonable in my opinion and I’d rather treat B to one of these on a Friday after school than another Kinder Egg! B is nearly 5 and he’s really enjoyed playing with these. He loves catapulting them around the house, using the secret hideouts! Be sure to check out more of our toy reviews too – from remote control Helicopters to Cycling Paddington Bear!
Disclaimer: We were given our SuperZings for the purpose of this review. We genuinely love them!
