Your toddler Halloween party is in full swing, the kids have eaten up their mummy sandwiches and you’ve had a wine or three 😉 What better time to bring out the frozen yogurt ghosts for a healthy pudding alternative!
Now these are beyond easy. Honestly, even for me, these take only a few minutes to prep, yet look super cute 🙂
To make these little ghosts, I prepped a baking tray with some baking paper. I then used an edible food pen to draw some ghostly outlines. To be honest you don’t need an art degree for this so just go with if you don’t have the edible food pen. The pen does transfer on to the frozen yogurt which is why I used the edible pen.
I then dolloped natural yogurt into my ghost outlines and used a teaspoon to spread the yogurt around.
For the cute, ghostly faces, I used blueberries and raisins. Anything edible, small and round would work.
Leave your yogurt ghosts to set in the freezer for a few hours and remove when ready to serve. They make the perfect healthy alternative Halloween treat and would go well with the spooky jellies here : )
Eat them up quick once you get them out of the freezer, or you’ll end up with a ghastly yogurt mess :/
