Uphill Village Walk – Weston-super-Mare

Toddler and Pram Friendly Walks in Weston-super-Mare!

If you are a regular me and b reader then you may already know that I live in Weston-super-Mare and that I like living here. Before having my little boy, I was guilty of whiling away the weekends binge watching tv and getting up to not a lot. Since having my baby boy, if the weather is good, I want to be out and about.

Today I share with you some of our photos from a sunny walk we did in Uphill a few weeks ago. There are loads of great places to walk with little ones ins Weston – read here on my fave pram-friendly walks.

Uphill is a little village at the southern end of Weston. There is parking along the main road and down at the boat yard bit. There is also a little cafรฉ if you want a cuppa and cake. If you are in the area, I recommend taking a stroll here. It is well worth it ๐Ÿ™‚

Pre-B, Mr d and I used to do a lot of walking. Well I say a lot. We’d do maybe an eight mile circular walk with a pub somewhere along the way ๐Ÿ˜‰ I miss our longer walking days but I love our walks with little man.

  1. That looks like a wonderful walk and I can see why you love it. It\’s so green and lush. So many things change once the little ones come along, but perhaps when older you could increase the distance of your walks. Thank you for linking up to the #DreamTeam

  2. Looks a lovely spot. My Dad is a Nursing Home just outside Weston so I come down quite often, and this would be a great place for the kids to run around after being on their best behavior in there! We\’ll definitely check it out over the summer x

  3. so green and pretty, my kids love getting out on their scooters too, although my son goes crazy fast and has had to get stitches ouch! linked after you #whatevertheweatherkids

  4. It looks beautiful! So much lush greeness and you have sun down there! We need more of that! I know what you mean about the longer walks, it\’s a little frustrating, but for now most walks take a while, but are not long in length at all. I\’m glad that my eldest can cycle now, so at least we can get a bit further, even if it is a bit slowly! Thanks for sharing with #Whatevertheweather ๐Ÿ™‚ x
