Making a Snowy Igloo Snack

Arctic Igloo Inspired Snacks!

Another silly post really but I thought I’d create a snowy scene, with it being Spring and all… In all honesty, I struggled with I! I had ice cream but I did an ice cream alternative post recently. I had iceberg, as in the lettuce, but really, how fun can that be for kids?

I had Indian food, but I hadn’t planned on Indian food any time soon and just missed the boat with that one. And then hubby said what about an igloo. And that was it, Igloo snack idea.healthy-fun-food-for-children-me-and-b-make-tea_igloo.png

Here is how I made our igloo!

I used white bread for the igloo and shapes. I have loads of cookie cutters that I used for the little man and the duck erm penguin 😉

For the snow I use dry coconut, white marshmallows and some yogurt covered raisins. We added some blueberry clouds. B actually helped me make this one and he spent most of the time eating the blueberries!
