I am on a quest to find alternatives to popular junk food. Now don’t get me wrong, I love a pizza. But it is particularly fun, I’ve found at least, to make “pizza” out of fruit and veggies 🙂 Little b loves these watermelon pizzas and they are a fab way for using up any leftovers from other fruit creations you might dabble in – see here.

For watermelon pizza, you need the following…watermelon (any melon could work to be honest) and a selection of fruit. I use dried coconut to sprinkle over the top and I also added a few hundreds and thousands. B loves these and I knew his face would light up when he saw them 🙂
