How to Make Bacon and Eggs Using Fruit!

Don’t you just love a good cooked breaky?!

Since moving, I love cooking up some bacon, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes on a weekend morning. We actually have an extractor fan that works now! I made little b a cooked breakfast with a difference this weekend though! The difference being, nothing was cooked!

Watermelon Bacon and Yogurt Egg

We had watermelon “bacon”, yogurt and banana “eggs” and some mini toast, with Pooh Bear’s honey 🙂 B is obsessed with Winnie the Pooh at the mo hehe! If I tell him the honey belongs to Pooh, he eats it. Job done.

Quick to prepare

This type of fun breakfast only takes a few minutes to prep and you could make it dairy free by using a soya based yogurt if you prefer.

Other alternatives to the banana could be a peach or apricot slice. Literally anything goes when it comes to fun food.
