For a really simply breakfast, dessert or snack idea, I’m loving “fruity” eggs at the moment! They are so quick and easy to make that you don’t really need a recipe as such.
Basically take some yogurt and arrange it in your plate in a fried egg type shape.
Next take a tinned apricot half and place in the centre. You could use a fresh apricot or any orange or yellow fruit.
For the cracked “shell” I use some broken ice cream cones. You could use granola like this homemade chia granola or you could use toast or cereal. Anything to add some extra crunch.
