How to Make Rice Cake Snowmen

These snowmen rice cakes are easy to make and super cute! As easy as the little Christmas puddings we made here. You can  pick these rice cakes in Aldi – I think a pack of 9 for around a pound or so. They come in individually wrapped packs of three, which in my opinion is great because it means the others stay fresher for longer.

These rice cakes are coated in yogurt but plain ones would work too. I added some raisins for the eyes and mouth. For the mouth I took one raisin and sliced it into smaller pieces.

I then used a piece of orange for the nose. Easy, quick and little b’s face lit up! Have you tried anything fun for the festive season? Do your kids like rice cakes? B is hit and miss to be honest. He much preferred these snowflake pears!
