Healthy Bonfire Veggie Dippers!

Remember, remember the 5th of November. Bonfire Night will soon be upon us and I thought it would be fun to create a healthy centrepiece that we can snack on after watching the fireworks. I’ve used some mini peppers, a carrot, mini breadsticks and some twiglets. This is a super easy snack to make and will take you no more than 5 minutes to pop it together. Perfect for a Halloween or Bonfire night party 🙂

Slice up the peppers and carrot to make the flames. Regular carrot and pepper sticks works just fine here. Grab some of the mini breadsticks and Twiglets and arrange in a “bonfire” type shape. You get the idea right?! These make the “wood” for your pepper and carrot fire!

Add some of your favourite dips to the side and there you go, bonfire veggie dippers. Easy to prep and looks super fun!

As an alternative you could use any other bright type of veggie. You could pop some tomatoes in there or use an orange pepper instead of carrot.

This would work really well using fruit as well. The colour options are endless when it comes to fruit – orange slices, strawberries, melons, banana. Or try some sparkling kebabs for pudding!
