Quick lunchbox kebab ideas that take minutes!

Today little b had his two year check with the children’s centre. As expected, he is doing just fine and typical of a two year old boy! I had to collect him from nursery earlier than usual and this meant he would miss out on one of his favourite part of the day – tea time! In preparation for this, I prepared a very quick lunch box for him.

I know, I know, we are all busy but it really didn’t take much time to put together. I made a cheese sandwich, cut it into squares, cut some cucumber and some radish and popped it all on to skewers. Done. I cut the cucumber using these little square cookie cutters I found in Home Bargains for 99p.

On a completely separate note…what is happening to bread right now?! We always buy Hovis Granary and it seems the slices are shrinking! To the far left we have Morrison’s own brand seedy bread, then Morrison’s wholemeal and then far right Hovis granary. Hmm.
